You can lose the chase thanks to, e.g. fast and flawless driving
If your car is relatively slow, try to take advantage of the narrow alleys and the paparazzi that are chasing you will, sooner or later, bump into an obstacle. If you, on the other hand, are driving a fast car, follow main roads and strive for the top speed of your vehicle. Do not try to kill the paparazzi because this will cause the event to be failed. After you lose the chase, Take Lacey back to her estate in the Vinewood Hills.
Note – if you are playing as Trevor, there is an alternative way to complete this mission. You can take the man to the Altruist cult’s headquarters, located at the foot of Mount Chiliad in the North-Western part of the map (letter A on the world map). For delivering Lacey to the Altruist cult, you will be rewarded with 1000 dollars.
