Location: This mission becomes available after you complete the Bearing the Truth side mission. Wait for a text message from Jimmy Boston and set out to meet up with Tom (the above screenshot), who is waiting in the Western part of the map, to the West of Fort Zancudo (letter E on the world map).

After you listen to a short conversation, get on the plane (Velum), take off without bumping into any of the objects in the surroundings and fly towards the airfield in Sandy Shores. Along your way, listen to the phone conversation with Jimmy and try flying under, at least, one of the bridges. Land the plane carefully and leave the plane in the marked area. Talk to Jimmy and wait for him to leave this place aboard the plane that you have just delivered.
