4 Torment variants are initially locked and you cannot select them at the beginning of the game. There are 2 basic requirements:

  1. Reaching level 60.
  2. Obtaining a specific Tier in the Pit of Artificers – this is a special type of dungeon that already appeared in the game earlier. They are completely random and tied to endgame content.
