Altar #8 can be found near Tarsarak, where you can unlock a fast travel point. It can be found in the ruins of an old building.
Altar #7 is near the Halls of the Damned dungeon. You will find it under a small rocky hill.
Altar #21 is in the northern part of Scouring Sands. It is partially buried in the sand and tilted to one side.
Altar #9 is right next to the entrance to the Abandoned Mineworks dungeon in the part of the map marked in red. To get to it, you have to get through the platform section.
Altar #11 can be found near the Forlorn Cavern. It is located by the rocks, on the edge.
Alcarnus
